Overview
Dr. Tara Mansour is an occupational therapist and health professions educator with more than 20 years of experience across clinical practice and higher education. Her work focuses on healthcare leadership, clinical education, faculty development, and the thoughtful integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into health professions education.
Prior to joining Northeastern University, Dr. Mansour served on the faculty at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, where she held teaching and leadership roles within the Department of Occupational Therapy and led initiatives related to clinical education, faculty development, and artificial intelligence in education. Her scholarship has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and she has presented nationally on topics related to health professions education, clinical education, educational innovation, and artificial intelligence.
Her work also includes national professional service and leadership activities focused on advancing education and preparing healthcare professionals and educators for changes in practice, technology, and the healthcare environment.
