Dr. Nicole Laffan is an Assistant Clinical Professor. She holds dual certification as both an audiologist and a speech-language pathologist. Dr. Laffan is the Audiology Clinic Director for the on-campus Speech-Language and Hearing Center and teaches courses such as Introduction to Audiology, Aural Rehabilitation, and Language Disorders Across the Lifespan. Dr. Laffan’s expertise is in the area of amplification, aural rehabilitation, educational audiology, and communication disorders associated with hearing loss and autism spectrum disorder. In addition, Dr. Laffan is the Chair of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
