Student Club

About the Physical Therapy Club

The Northeastern University PT Club is a student organization that fosters the professional development of students through leadership opportunities, community involvement, fundraising, and peer mentorship amongst all NEU Physical Therapy Students. The club proudly sponsors community volunteer opportunities, October’s National Physical Therapy Month, and attendees at the APTA’s National Conferences. The club schedules guest lectures and provides social networking opportunities for all NEU Physical Therapy majors. A quick glimpse of previous lecture topics includes: Sports Medicine, Concussion rehabilitation, ICU experiences, school-based pediatric physical therapy, TMJ focused rehabilitation, and guidance on establishing private practice clinics.

The organization provides opportunities for students to network with peers and future colleagues in the field, provide service to the nearby community, and learn more about areas of interest, especially areas in the field that are not covered by coursework.

If you are interested in the club, please join us at any of our events or contact us through the link on our website.
