Biography
Sarita Neyman joined BCORe in May 2023 as a Senior Grants Administrator specializing in post-award grants management. She brings eight years’ experience working as the Grants Manager for Western Colorado University (WCU). At WCU, she gained experience managing a portfolio of Federal, State, and Private grants for the entire campus, assisting with budget development and providing oversight, reporting, and post-award administration of grants, cooperative agreements, subawards, etc. Previous to WCU, Sarita worked for 10 years as an Account Executive and Customer Relationship Manager.
Sarita earned her BA in Art History from the University of Oklahoma. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing and will complete this degree in 2024. Her focus is Nature writing and she is working on a collection of nonfiction essays about growing up in the Texas panhandle. Sarita enjoys outdoor recreation activities including skiing. mountain biking, boating, and camping in the mountains.
