(Very) Brief History

In the past, despite being in integral part of the college and university community, staff had little to no real say in policy changes, decisions that had an impacted on their work, or hires of people they would directly report to. This administration appreciates the many roles staff play in our success and actively engage staff in both cultural and decision-making processes.
