Overview
Valeria Ramdin Ph.D, MS, APRN-BC, CNE, FPCC, a named Fellow with PlaneTree International Inc. and Board certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, is also the Director of Global Health Affairs_Nursing, and a Faculty Lead for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Bouvé College of Health Science at Northeastern University.
She is well rounded with experiences as a practitioner, an entrepreneur, a global-minded nurse, a professional mentor and a leader. As a scholar her interdisciplinary research focuses on healthy aging and person-centered care at the intersection of translational and implementation science.
She has received many awards and accolades for her leadership and excellence in care and academia, and uses her 35+ years in healthcare, including her Nurse Practitioner role and knowledge to advance health and holds certification in Women’s Leadership from Oxford University.
