Overview
Dr. Desai’s research involves developing and using novel formulations and drug delivery systems approaches to investigate the delivery of small molecules & macromolecules and developing kinetic models to predict the delivery of these agents. He is also interested in designing and formulating skin products, especially cosmeceutical formulations. His research interest also involves studying the beyond use date of the extemporaneous compounded product that are made by pharmacists.
