Overview
Matthew Nippins is an Associate Clinical Professor in the PTMRS faculty. He has been a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy since 2008. His research and clinical interests are in the physical therapy management of patients with Cystic Fibrosis across the lifespan. He has spoken extensively on this topic both nationally and internationally and was a co-author of the clinical activity guidelines for patients with Cystic Fibrosis in 2015. Matthew has practiced both in acute care and outpatient settings at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Tufts Medical Center with all ranges of patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary impairments. He currently practices as at the Massachusetts General Hospital in the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Clinic.
