Zoë Harris (left) and Taylor Smith (right), two IHESJR Health Equity Interns, were awarded the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Graduate Fellowship. This program is administered by the John D. O’Bryan African-American Institute and that provides six Northeastern University graduate student scholarships each year, covering full tuition and fees for the student’s graduate program. Zoë and Taylor will be attending Northeastern for their Masters in Public Health. This fellowship is awarded to students who have demonstrated high standards of leadership, strong academic achievement, and a commitment to community service.
