The Wylie Lab Has Recently Published a Study in “Environmental Pollution”

The Wylie Lab has just published a peer-reviewed study in Environmental Pollution entitled “Outcomes of the Halliburton Loophole: Chemicals Regulated by the Safe Drinking Water Act in US Fracking Disclosures, 2014-2021”. This paper focuses on fossil fuel production and Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)-regulated chemicals reported in FracFocus – the results analyze the necessity of bettering the US fracking disclosures. The second author of this paper, Angelica Fiuza, was a longtime undergraduate intern and presented this research at RISE last year. HEI Intern Madison Sonnenday helped with the final review and outreach planning for this study as well. Feel free to read more on this amazing paper here!
