New Publication from Beth Molnar and VTT Team

From the Vicarious Trauma Toolkit (VTT) project, for which she was the Principal Investigator, Beth Molnar and colleagues have a new publication demonstrating the excellent validity and reliability of the measurement tool they created, the Vicarious Trauma Organizational Readiness Guide (VT-ORG). This tool is available on the VTT and is being used by first responder and victim services agencies to measure how vicarious trauma-informed their organizations are in looking out for their employees exposed to the trauma experiences of those they serve. PhD candidate Sean Hallinan from the Applied Psychology department performed the psychometric research on the VT-0RG as his dissertation under Beth’s supervision.
