Meghna Iyer Receives Ascent PEAK Award

Meghna Iyer, an IHSEJR health equity intern, has received a PEAK Ascent Award for her project titled “The Effect of Guardrails on Motor Vehicle Safety.” The project intends to collect data sources examining guardrails and their contributions to preventable fatalities and injuries and analyze this data to determine how guardrails impact Massachusetts. The conclusion of the project will yield a report detailing the next steps for motor vehicle safety.
