Childcare is a Business Issue? Harvard Business Review Article

Director of the Institute, Alisa Lincoln, along with Northeastern faculty Alicia Modestino, Associate Professor of Public Policy and Urban Affairs,  and Jamie Ladge, Associate Professor of Management recently had an article, Childcare Is a Business Issue, featured in the Harvard Business Review. The article explores childcare as a shared business issue rather than an individual family issue and gives light to infrastructural changes that businesses must adopt in order to adequately support employees.
