Lacey Loomer is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Health Sciences at Northeastern University. Her recent research topics include innovative hospice payment and delivery models, advance care planning reimbursement, and measurement of quality in nursing homes. Before joining Northeastern, she worked for American Cancer Society, Emory Healthcare, and UnitedHealth Group. Lacey earned her B.S. in economics from Northeastern, her M.S.P.H. in health services research from Emory and is currently a doctoral student at Brown University.
