Judith Richman is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Health Sciences at Northeastern University.  She has been an instructor of the Introduction to Nutrition Course for Health Science majors for over 15 years.  She also has developed and taught sections of  Service Learning Nutrition and Contemporary Issues in Nutrition at Northeastern University.  In addition to her role at Northeastern, Judith is a Registered Dietitian actively working in the field.  She currently is a Consultant Dietitian at a Rehab facility where she is employed part time.  Prior to this position, Judith held many roles in the area of Nutrition and Dietetics including: Private Practice, Clinical Dietitian in Hospital venues, Visiting Nurse Association Dietitian, and Research Dietitian.   She is passionate about teaching and brings a wealth of experience which she incorporates throughout her curriculum.
