Chanhyun Park is a Health Services and Outcomes Researcher and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy and Health Systems Sciences, School of Pharmacy, Bouvé College of Health Sciences. Prior to joining Northeastern University, Dr. Park worked as a Health Economist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She received her Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy, with a focus on health outcomes research. She received two master’s degrees: one in quantitative methods from The University of Texas at Austin and one in clinical pharmacy from Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul, South Korea. She also received her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Sookmyung Women’s University. Her research interests include understanding factors related to the utilization and costs of medications and healthcare services and estimating the economic burden of diseases.
