Bianca (Belcher) Duff, MPH, PA-C is the Sr. Vice President of Clinical Operations for Steward Healthcare Network (SHCN), one of the largest for-profit healthcare networks in the country. She is a member of the executive leadership team and responsible for strategy, performance, and budget for care management, contact center operations, and risk/coding teams – in total over 165+ FTEs nationally. These three teams combine for over $40M in budgeted savings annually. She also oversees Steward’s integrated post-acute care network, related interactions with affiliate practices and hospitals, and is the co-Chair of SHCN’s Health Equity Committee.
Bianca spent her clinical career as a hospital-based physician assistant (PA) in the department of neurosurgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston where she also held an academic title at Harvard Medical School. She is currently Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University’s Bouve College of Health Sciences and has served in a variety of roles for NU over the last decade. Bianca brings expertise in operations, practice growth strategy, improving work flow efficiencies, and leadership curriculum development. She has a strong interest in the role of data and analytics in healthcare and population health and was selected as one of 2018’s LinkedIn Top Voices in Healthcare. Bianca completed her undergraduate studies at Colby College, her master in PA studies at Northeastern, and her MPH at The Dartmouth Institute.
