Board-certified and residency trained Doctor of Pharmacy with 12 years of higher education and primary care clinical pharmacy experience with significant skills in providing up-to-date and accurate medication information to healthcare providers and adult learners. Design and delivers didactic, practical, and experiential assessments to ensure education of future healthcare professionals in pharmacy and nursing. Proficient in collaborating and providing evidence-based recommendations to healthcare providers in federally qualified health centers and providing care for undeserved and under-insured patients with chronic diseases in an interprofessional care team.
Also serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead for the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences providing education and resources to faculty and staff to improve learning and clinical care among pharmacy students.
