Drawing upon the strength and expertise of our community, in the way Bouvé is uniquely positioned to do, please join us live to stay connected, catch your breath, learn and practice mindfulness, and move away from your desks, chairs, and couches for a few moments as we adjust to our new normal.

Live Events

Beginning Friday March 20, 2020 our clinical experts will lead daily, 15- to 30-minute wellness sessions. Feel free to join in whatever works best for you and your needs. There are sample sessions below if you’d prefer a recorded version or if you’d like to see what they’re all about.
